resources / reviews

Over the years, I have amassed quite a decent amount of gear – be it bags, cameras, writing or travel equipment and not as much knowledge. I will do my best to review gear, vendors or website to the best of my ability. Everything listed below is what I own(ed). But with that said, preference plays a huge part in what is deemed ‘good’ and ‘nice’. So take my words with a pinch of salt.

The links for the different products will be affiliated links (some of them).

I own quite a number of cameras. Before I continue, let me put this disclaimer: it took me YEARS to build up my camera gear. I hardly ever buy new cameras – I usually go for second hand equipment (with a few exceptions). I bought majority of my cameras from Clubsnap Forum Buy/Sell (I did some of my own selling there as well), my precious baby – Canon 5D MK3 was purchased from FredMiranda, and most recently Carousell has been my go to for purchases.

– iPhone 6 128GB – sold

Editing Programs:

PicTapGo (go download this NOW. It costs S$2.98…that can’t even buy me a cup of my favorite Gong Cha)
ColorStory (more pricey but worth it)
Project Life (if you’re into scrapbooking, get this app)
– and countless other apps

Bags are my weaknesses. That’s all I can say.
Camera Bags:
JoTotes ( I bought 1-2 bags from them. The lifespan is about 2-3 years before the coating will start peeling)
Kelly Moore (nice but pricey. I owned the B-Hobo for a while before selling it)
Epiphanie (I bought one of the bags and used it once. Then I kept it well, but the coating peeled off. Nuff said)
Aide de Camp (I own the Evie bag. Love it. Go support home grown brands)
Travel Bags:
Mi Power Bank 16000mAh (I love love love this power bank. It charges my iPhone 6 at least 4 times).
